To make your visit as easy and stress-free as possible, our practice offers assignment of dental benefits whenever your insurance plan allows.

With assignment of benefits, your insurance provider pays its portion of your treatment directly to our office. This means you only pay the remaining balance at your appointment, instead of paying the full amount upfront and waiting for reimbursement. 

We’re happy to help:

• Collect all appropriate information (dental X-rays, intra oral pictures, etc) 
• Submit your insurance claims on your behalf
• Explain your coverage and expected costs before treatment (your maximums, your general and  major percentages 
• Answer any questions you may have along the way

Please keep in mind that coverage is determined by your insurance provider, and any portion not covered remains the patient’s responsibility.
